Before You Email

Please include the following information when possible:

  • The app version and iOS version.
  • The provider or endpoint involved, without sending API secrets.
  • Whether the issue happened in a single chat or a group chat.
  • The steps that reproduce the issue.
  • Any visible error message or screenshot.

Common Issues

Replies stop after switching apps

Pokebot does not run a developer-operated backend relay. If an agent is still replying and the app goes to the background, the current reply may not finish normally.

Connection tests fail

Recheck the provider, endpoint, model name, and credential you entered. Pokebot connects directly to the endpoint you configure, so provider-side outages or invalid credentials will surface directly in the app.

Removed agents still appear in old threads

Historical chat records are intentionally kept. Removing an agent stops future participation, but existing thread history remains visible.

Privacy Note

Chat history and session memory are stored locally on device. Credentials are stored separately in the iOS Keychain. More detail is available on the privacy page.
