Before You Email
Please include the following when possible:
- The app version and iOS version.
- The provider or endpoint involved, without sending API secrets.
- Whether the issue happened in a single chat or a group chat.
- The steps that reproduce the issue.
- Any visible error message or screenshot.
Common Issues
Replies stop after switching apps
Pokebot does not run a developer-operated relay. If an agent is still replying and the app moves to the background, the current reply may not finish normally.
Connection or tool actions fail
Recheck the provider, endpoint, model name, skill permissions, and credentials you configured. Pokebot connects directly to the configured endpoint, so provider-side failures will surface in the app.
Removed agents still appear in old threads
Historical thread records are intentionally kept. Removing an agent stops future participation, but existing chat history remains visible.
Privacy Note
Chat history, local state, and session memory stay on device. Credentials are stored separately in the iOS Keychain. More detail is available on the privacy page.
