Pokebot

Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: March 24, 2026

Pokebot is licensed, not sold, to you by the application provider for use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Usage Rules.

If you downloaded Pokebot from the App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement . This page provides supplemental product-specific terms for Pokebot. Where Apple's mandatory App Store terms apply, they control.

License Scope

Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pokebot for lawful purposes on compatible Apple devices you own or control.

Except where applicable law allows otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from Pokebot.

Third-Party AI Services

Pokebot is a pure client app. It does not provide a developer-operated relay between your device and the model providers or custom endpoints you configure.

You are responsible for the providers, endpoints, credentials, prompts, files, and data you choose to send through the app. Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and retention practices.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pokebot to:

  • violate applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • upload or send unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
  • interfere with the app, connected services, or device security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to endpoints, accounts, or data.

Updates and Availability

Pokebot may change over time through updates, fixes, removals, or compatibility adjustments. Some features depend on device capabilities, iOS behavior, network access, and the third-party services you connect.

Because Pokebot does not run a developer-operated backend relay, active replies may be interrupted if the app moves to the background or if a third-party provider becomes unavailable.

Privacy

Pokebot stores app data locally on your device and stores credentials separately in the iOS Keychain. More detail is available on the privacy page.

Termination

This license remains in effect until it is terminated by you or by the application provider. It will terminate automatically if you materially fail to comply with these terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using Pokebot and delete all copies in your possession or control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pokebot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or service availability arising from or related to your use of Pokebot.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
